For business

Clear messages are easier to answer.

Excitement, urgency and context are valuable—but combining all three in one message can create pressure or confusion. mesj is exploring how private communication assistance can help teams remain human while becoming clearer.

Where it applies

  • Client follow-ups
  • Sales messages
  • Meeting requests
  • Similar customer or colleague names
  • Sensitive internal messages
  • Customer-service replies
  • Clear next actions
  • Shared decisions emerging from conversation

A business example

Draft

"Hi, just wondering if you saw everything I sent and whether you want to go ahead because I've had loads more ideas."

mesj suggestion

"Hi—have you had a chance to review the prototype? If it is useful, could we arrange a short conversation next week to agree the next step?"

One question and one answerable request.

Original

This could be massive and I've got loads more ideas we need to launch and speak next week.

Keep the enthusiasm. Remove the pressure.

Use case · Ride Handover

When the meeting ends, make sure the right person meets the right vehicle.

A journey is usually arranged in one place and completed in another. mesj is exploring a contained coordination step after a plan: a private ride card that shows who is collecting whom, from exactly where, and confirms the handover with a shared code rather than a name called across a forecourt.

Ride card · fictional example

Demonstration only · No live booking or dispatch

Ride Handover is a demonstration. mesj does not currently accept taxi bookings, take journey payments, dispatch vehicles or supply drivers. Journeys remain booked directly with a licensed private-hire operator.

Where it could help

  • Hotels arranging departures for guests
  • Hospital and clinic discharge coordination
  • Care teams arranging transport for someone they support
  • Event and venue organisers managing a busy pickup point
  • Groups agreeing who is getting home, and how
  • Anyone meeting a driver they have never met before

What is deliberately excluded

  • Taking or supplying bookings
  • Journey payments
  • Dispatching vehicles or supplying drivers
  • Live vehicle tracking data
  • Automatic switching between operators

Business privacy

Business communication must not be quietly harvested to train an unrelated model. mesj is researching architectures that prioritise local processing, explicit permission and organisation-controlled policies.
